The objective for Nesterra was rooted in a simple belief: true well-being begins when we stay grounded. In a world that constantly pulls us upward and outward, Nesterra brings people back to what truly centres them - earthing, or being deeply connected with Mother Earth. This idea guides everything in the project. The homes are designed using biophilic principles that activate all five senses: sight, sound, taste, smell, and touch.
Strategic Direction:
Position Nesterra as the only modern living environment that restores people by reconnecting them to the earth, nature, and their senses. The strategy is to shift the conversation from “premium homes” to “homes that heal,” emphasising grounding, biophilia, and sensory well-being as the new markers of a desirable lifestyle.
